Kongara Kalan offers myriad options for plots

Considered one of the preferred real estate destinations, Kongara Kalan offers many plot options. The social and physical infrastructure is still developing but plot projects are still available with affordable prices.

The Kongara Kalan Road connects this locality to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) 3 km away, near the toll booth at Raviryal. The Nagarjuna Sagar Road is about 7 km away. The Srisailam Highway and Nagarjuna Sagar Road further enhance the connectivity of Kongara Kalan to established areas of Hyderabad.

This area continues to witness the development of new plot projects. Some prominent projects include Royal City, JB Green Meadows, Aerospace County, Miracle One, Green City Project and Fortune Residents.

The size of the plots range between 120-400 sq yard which are priced at Rs 25-60 lakh. A project generally has between 200-500 plots in this area.

More than 80 plots are available on Magicbricks for sale in Kongara Kalan. Of these, 70% supply is priced at Rs 20-40 lakh. There are plot options in the Rs 40-60 lakh price bracket as well and a few are also priced above Rs 60 lakh.

Nearly 90% of properties listed on Magicbricks are residential plots. Prices have risen from Rs 8,000-12,000 in early 2018 to Rs 14,000-20,000 per sq yard in 2019.

The Wonderla Amusement Park is 4 km from Kongara Kalan. People from all over Hyderabad and from outside come here on weekends.

    Intraday traders can look to go long if Nifty sustains above the 12,300 level for more than 30 minutes on Friday and look for a target of 12,390. Contrary to this, a strong close below 12,168 level may lead to weakness in Nifty

    Among two-wheelers, we prefer Hero MotoCorp as it is a proxy to the economy and rural growth, and an expected good Rabi crop output will drive sales in rural India (55% of volumes).
